Three rules we don't bend.
Something extra in the box
Tongs with the pickle jars. Stick-on labels with the cubby bins. Ground stakes and a carry bag with the chicken run. A nail clipper with the pet carrier. All eight of our products ship with something you'd otherwise have bought separately.
One real problem each
We don't launch a product to fill a category. The jar exists because fishing pickles out of brine with a fork is miserable. The dispenser exists because torn bag boxes take over a drawer. If there's no honest problem, there's no product.
